How much does it cost?We offer three different prices person (plus taxes and fees) 30 minutes: $15 (best for those short on time or only one or two people no available with online reservations) 60 minutes: $20 90 minutes: $25 Time starts AFTER check-in, the safety talk and coaching. We will help keep track of your remaining throw time. * Any breaks you take is on your time *

Do I need a reservation?- Booking an online reservation is the best way to guarantee you can get the time you want and need. - We do our best to accommodate walk ins.

How do I book a lane?- By clicking on "BOOK NOW" you will be taken to our reservation system. From there you tell us how many are attending, and you can pick your day and time. You can either pay the full amount up front, or you can leave a deposit and pay the rest in person. * Remaining balance must be paid before you leave for the night *

Can I walk in and throw?- If there is available space in the schedule, we may be able to fit you in!

Do you have any promo codes?- If you are a veteran, first responder, or a teacher, please contact us for a promo code to save $5 - Sunday's are STUDENT SUNDAY, and students receive $5 off a 60 or 90 minute reservation.

Do you have a cancellation policy?-All sales are final. However, we definitely understand that things come up. Please let us know BEFORE your scheduled time if you have a conflict and we will work with you to reschedule your axe throwing session.

How do I book a mobile event?We have a two lane mobile trailer that we can take to weddings, birthday parties, public events and more! Contact us via email or in person to get more information!

Is axe throwing safe?Yes! Axe throwing as a sport actually has a good safety record. At Axe It Up Hutch we have safety measures in place to help keep you and others safe: - Training on proper axe handling before the games start. - Two safety zones, one where you throw and one between the thrower and the tables. - Closed toed shoes are a MUST. - When handing off an axe, they are held similar to scissors (head/blade away from the next person) and eye contact is maintained between the two people. * If any participants in the throwing lanes are not following the rules, we reserve the right to ask that guest to leave with no refund. *

What is required?- Closed toed shoes are REQUIRED. - A waiver must be filled out, they will be included when booking online. - A willingness to learn and have fun!

Can I bring in my own axe?- Show us your axes, and if the axe is similar in size, weight and condition to ours it can more than likely be used. We have Estwing and Cold Steel axes for everyone to use.

What ages can participate?- We allow children ages 10 and up to throw, if they can show that they can handle an axe safely. An adult must be present and they must have a signed waiver. * All ages are welcome in the building, with strict supervision for safety reason *

How long is a session?- We offer a 30, 60, or 90 minute options. - Your official time starts when we are finished with our safety speech and training! - When you arrive early, that gives us time to make sure you have waivers complete and it will also give you time to get snacks and drinks if desired. - Extra time can be added on and paid for if space allows.

How many targets do you have?Axe It Up Hutch has seven throwing lanes. Five of the lanes are single targets that are a traditional target and is painted on. The remaining two are projector based targets and we call them our "party lane" as its next to a set of picnic tables.

What is a projected target?Here at Axe It Up Hutch, we have the party lane set up as projected targets. Projected targets allow our participates a more entertaining experience. A projector is mounted near the lane entrance and projected onto the wood. Projected targets also allows for multiple games to be played, beyond the traditional target. Games such as a tic-tac-toe, count down (similar to darts), bowling, zombie faces and more! The most popular target so far is bowling! You keep score by the use of a tablet.

What about snacks and drinks?- We have water, soda, tea, and energy drinks available for purchase. - We also have snacks available such as chips, jerky and candy bars.
